Our bike tour with Holland Bike Tours was fantastic, thanks to our amazing guide Abe! He took us to all the major landmarks, shared fascinating insights without overloading us, and even added a moving detour to the site of Princess Diana’s tragic accident. Abe kept the whole group engaged and made the experience both fun and meaningful. Highly recommend this tour—and if you can, definitely ask for Abe!

We had a superb tour of Paris on comfy Dtuch bikes, hosted by Ellen. Her calmness helped the mixed age and nationality group weave around the sites. I think we were all a little anxious before setting out! But we more than survived, we conquered a fear, burnt off some of those French cheese calories and benefitted from the new cycle lanes added for the Paris Olympics. Just the right amount of info, pace and stops built in, I can't recommend this tour highly enough as a way of seeing the main sites of Paris, especially with teenage boys.

Our guide was very entertaining and knowledgeable. If u are nervous about traffic and unsure about your fitness I do not recommend. But I'm 62 and not overly fit and it was not hard for me. Its a chance to get up close to the historic sites and monuments.

We rented bikes and rode around Paris for four hours — it was simply wonderful! The service was friendly and kind, and everything went smoothly. We cycled all the way to the Louis Vuitton Foundation and back to the Opéra — the perfect grand finale to our trip in Paris! Thank you!!!

Rob was the best guide ever. He's really friendly and knowledable and enthusiastic. The tour is so informative and such a great way to see the highlights of Paris and learn about the city's history. The bikes were great quality. Highly recommend this tour.

It was quite good experience. The first problem I encountered was that I did not receive the confirmation email, so I had to call and send several emails. After receiving the bike, I found that the seat adjustment lock was not working, and I wanted to add a basket, but unfortunately, there is no one to solve small problems. Everything is online. I hope to see someone help us next time.

I initially was very frustrated because I rented a bike and never received the information. I realized I had sent the wrong email and that is the only way you receive your booking. I got speedy help through the company email (response time was within an hour at first, then minutes with further communication) and they sent my booking. The bike was well worth the money and I enjoyed it very much. Recommend not buying on a whim though because if I wasn't able to utilize my same day booking there is so returns or refunds for purchases within 24 hrs of appt. However, I did enjoy my time and makes me want to rent again. The seat may need readjusting if your ride is long and bumpy, but that's an easy fix.

We had the best time ever renting a cargo bike, i had my son on the back and Denten was super helpful and patient while I got used to how to ride it. He even rode out with us to get through the initial traffic onto the bike path so I could get comfortable riding the cargo. Very kind and would definitely recommend!

Check out/in was easy and I liked that the lock was zip tied to the frame. A quality bike. Gears mashed sometimes under load so it maybe needed cable adjustment slightly but not a big issue. Maybe it could have used a little more air in tires (it was within correct range though). An especially nice improvement would be a handlebar mount for cell phones. Overall though a good value and it worked well!

My bike's front light wasn't securely screwed on, so it hung down. I couldn't turn on the rear light. In the hectic traffic in Paris, that would have made me feel safer. Otherwise, I was satisfied.

We had a great experience renting bikes with Holland Bikes! Quick and easy pick up and drop off. The bikes also come with locks, but not baskets. We did appreciate the elastic ties on the back that could hold things safely on the back. Overall, we were so happy we rented these bikes. In the past, I have used Velib bikes and it was a nightmare trying to find working bikes for a group of 3 people. This trip we had 6 people and Holland bikes were perfect for our group.

It was a great experience renting from you. The process was extremely easy. The bikes were ready and in excellent condition. The instructions for pick up were simply and clear.
