The Pick & Go service allows you to rent a bike independently. Bikes are available at the hotel entrance, each equipped with a lock and ready to ride. No staff is present on site, but remote assistance is available if needed.

You will receive an email with your bike number and lock code. The bike number is marked on the rear mudguard.

Go to the hotel reception, unlock your bike with the code provided and start exploring Ferrières-en-Brie and its surroundings at your own pace.

FAQ - Bike rental at Hôtel Paxton Paris-MLV

Where do I collect my bike?

Your bike will be waiting for you on the parking lot, right in front of the Paxton reception. Each bike is identified by a number on the rear mudguard.

Do I need to return the bike to the same place?

Yes. All bikes must be returned and locked in the exact same location where they were collected.

Is there a team on site?

No. There is no staff at the hotel. However, our remote assistance is available daily from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm at +33 (0)1 44 08 05 28 or by email at citytours@hollandbikes.com.

Do I need to pay a deposit?

No. Only your bank details are kept as a guarantee, without any charge.

What is your cancellation policy?

You can cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before the start of your booking.
